How does MeetIQ work?
Press once to capture a conversation, sync it to the MeetIQ App, then use AI to transcribe, identify speakers, summarize key points and create action items.
Does MeetIQ require a monthly subscription?
No recurring monthly subscription is required for the included services. MeetIQ includes 3,000 transcription minutes each month, translation and unlimited Ask AI questions under normal use.
Can I use MeetIQ offline?
Recording works independently. Selected transcription and translation functions can run locally on a compatible phone. AI Summary and Ask AI require an internet connection.
Can I import existing recordings?
Yes. Existing audio files can be imported into the MeetIQ App. Supported export and import formats will be confirmed separately.
Is my data secure?
Recordings are stored locally by default. Private recordings and transcripts are not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Online AI features require the relevant audio or text to be processed through cloud-based systems.
How accurate is transcription?
Accuracy depends on the recording environment, language and audio quality. AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Review important output before relying on it.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 30 hours of continuous recording and up to 60 days of standby. A full USB-C charge takes approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Is MeetIQ compatible with my phone?
The App supports current mainstream iOS and Android versions. Minimum operating-system versions are still to be confirmed.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month limited warranty begins on the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures during normal use.
How do returns work?
Standard official-site retail orders may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Return authorization is required before sending any product back.
